it's monday... again.

hey y'all - how was your weekend??
fitbloggin' guys - i can't wait to read your posts! jealousssssssss.
for those of us who didn't make it (next year!!!), here's my little recap for ya.

Luna Protein Cookie Dough
i liked this bar ok... for a bar. made with unpronouncables. and soy. and hydrogenated oils. so basically, i ate this like a cookie and called it a day. hey, i was hungry.
5/10 (don't shoot me, luna fans!!)

veggie burrito - black beans, carrots, onion, tomato, avocado, garlic, habanero peppers, and tj's salsa. god i love mexican food.

i'm in love with this stuff, even though it's really just sugary water.
everyone has a vice, right?

1/2 c oat bran, water, stevia, cinnamon, 1/2 c cottage cheese, chopped peanuts and pb spoon.
i kinda want some now.

    ok... so i lied. but i dont like the palm kernel oil... and "natural flavors" just means it comes from something that was ONCE natural. like how HFCS came from corn. so really, it can be anything chemically modified. i can't really complain about luna - i think they do MOSTLY good things. but women don't need an abundance of modified soy in their diets... we get plenty! hope that helps.
